The 2 older boys got invited to a birthday party, and Autumn got invited too so she could play w/ the younger sister. So that left Poor Mason all alone. We didn't want him to feel sad for being left out, so we let him decide how he wanted to spend date night w/ us. He picked to go to the fancy movie theater that we've been telling the kids about. We went & saw Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. To be honest, I wasn't super excited about it. But it ended up being REALLY GOOD! It reminded me a lot of The Fifth Element.
Mason was LOVIN' it that he could push a button & they would keep bringing him blue raspberry slushies. I think he got at least 4 refills! I'm glad we were able to spend some one-on-one time w/ him. After the movie we went & picked up the other kids & came home, did scriptures & prayers, and went to bed b/c it was late.
