 I don't know if it's the hairstyle or the dark blue color, but Frank was looking extra HOTTIE today so I had to take a picture.

We have a joke about him getting hickeys when he goes to physical therapy. He said today they gave him a lot of hickeys! They use those suction cup things that Michael Phelps used. Frank & Spencer went up to Oklahoma for the weekend so Spencer could spend time w/ his Mom & brothers. Also, so Frank could spend time w/ Julian & Mason. Grant didn't go this time b/c he had to work.
