K, so as part of my daily routine I get up around 9:00 (if baby hasn't kept me up all night). I watch 2 episodes of Will and Grace (on Lifetime). Then I switch over and watch Rachael Ray. I must admit that I really like Rachael better on 30 Minute Meals and not as a talk show host, but it's just usually on in the background while I'm cleaning or doing other things. Then I watch Studio 5. Anyways, today on Rachael Ray they had Colby from Survivor on there. They taped him and some of his friends talking about what they find attractive in a girl, what they look for in a girl, etc. I was SHOCKED when one of the guys said, "Ladies, men NEED to go to strip clubs once in a while, so just deal with it." I about fell off the couch! What a schmuck! No wonder that guy is still single.
Anyways, they said the most attractive thing about a woman is if she has confidence. They said you can walk into a room, see a group of women, and just pick out which ones have confidence. Luckily, I have never really had a problem with being confident. I know I'm a BBB (big, beautiful babe), but I don't mind it. I wish I were thinner, and I'm working on that. But I am happy with who and what I am. That may come across as arrogant or prideful, but I don't mean it that way. I just am confident and happy with my life. I especially feel confident when I wear this one white skirt with an island print on it. It just makes me feel uber (new word from my good British friend, Roxy) happy and confident. Now just so no one things I'm a demi-god, I do have those days where I feel fat and ugly. But in general, I have a good self image.
Anyways, I was thinking of other people who are like that and thought of Queen Latifah. Especially since my family calls me Queen Lisa-tifah. Anyways, I guess she has this new line of clothing. You can check it out, and other Curvation things on this link. Way cute clothes, but too expensive for me. But I still love Queen Latifah even if her clothes are too expensive. She's done a lot for the "big and curvy" girls in the world. Yeah for BBB's.

Lisa, you ARE uber-confident. I knew that from day 1. And the longer I've known you...the more confident you become. Not in a bad way either. confident of who you are and what you are going to make of your life.
