When I lived in Utah, I used to watch the show "Good Things Utah" every morning. So I've decided to start a posting every so often called Good Things Lisa. I'll share little things I find that I think are good and worthy of sharing with the blogging world.
So, for my first Good Things Lisa post I wanted to share the best store bought eggrolls I've ever had (they rank 3rd in my list of best eggrolls ever). The best I've ever had are my mom's homeade ones, 2nd place are the ones from Kim's restaurant in Colorado, and 3rd are these.
I think we got them at Costco. You throw them in the oven and they come out crispy yet soft and they have such good flavor. I ate about 3 of them and could have eaten another 5 but decided I'd better not. So give them a try and let me know what you think.
