Good Things Lisa #5
I've been looking for a new low calorie treat to snack on at work that will curb my craving for sweets. Well, I found a gem in this little treat. These things are SO GOOD! Usually I don't like rice cakes b/c I feel like I'm eating styrofoam. However, these are SUPER TASTY and good for you...only 50 calories and 1 g of fat per rice cake. And you know it's a good sign when the first ingredient is whole grain brown rice flour. They really do hit the spot when I'm having a sweet craving. I've also heard the apple cinnamon one is good, but for now, I'm hooked on these!
