Happiness is...

...amazing women to look up to for examples. Tonight when I got home from work, I went upstairs and there were Aunt Sandy, Mom, and Maggie all talking and laughing and sewing. Maggie had brought over some homemade berry cobbler that was scrumptious. Dad was so nice and brought us all a bowl of warmed cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. These women are all so talented and incredible in their own ways. I am so lucky to know them, get to learn from them, and love them.

...a festive house. Mom is so stinking talented to the point that's it's almost not fair that one person has so much talent. She has little things up all over the house that make the holiday so much more enjoyable and fun. I don't know why, but I got so much joy over seeing little things like this all over the house. I guess it's b/c she takes the time to share her talent and to make our home so nice.

...being the mom of a princess (yes, that makes me a QUEEN). This is Autumn's Valentine's Day Royalty crown that she made at day care today. She is such a happy and adorable baby. I honestly consider myself the luckiest person to be her mom. I couldn't be more blessed.

What are you happy about today?
