Go Mavs! Thanks, Monzingos!

I was lucky enough to go to the sold out Mavs vs. Lakers game tonight. Monzingos had an extra ticket and invited me to go.

Bobby (the one in the white shirt) and I were good friends in high school. He is moving from Alaska to Arizona and came to visit his family for their spring break. Josie, Nick, and Bobby made the game so fun.

I just LOVE Maggie & Bob. They are such incredible people. Maggie is scared to death of heights, and we were sitting pretty high up. Bob was so funny and kept teasing her by running up and down the stairs without holding onto the rail. But he was so sweet with her and let her cling to him as they went up and down the stairs together. And they sat and held hands the whole game. Maggie had me laughing the WHOLE time. She cracks me up.

This strong man performed during half time. He balanced on this box and then was spinning it around like it was a baton. It was definitely NOT my favorite half time show ever, but his strength and control was pretty impressive.

The game didn't really pick up until the 4th quarter. We were down by 25 at one point in the game, but then came back in the 4th quarter and ended up losing by only one point! It was so intense and fun. The whole crowd was screaming and cheering and it was just a blast. I'm so glad I got to go with Monzingos. What a fun night!
