Today for lunch, Sheila and I wanted to go to a Ross store that just opened in Richardson. We got there, and the wracks were totally picked over. But, Sheila found this one dress, and I made her come show me how it looked. She didn't want to take off her shoes and pants to try it on! SO FUNNY!
I had like 20 things to try on, so I had to try different tops and bottoms on even if they didn't match. I think it's a definite NO on the shirt. Sheila said it looks like couch fabric! I laughed so hard when she said that, b/c it totally does. And the skirt was too short. I did end up buying 3 ADORABLE shirts, I'll have to post pics of those later.
I am an absolute fan of Ross, b/c their clothes are so cheap, and they actually have clothes that fit my big old self! The only complaint I have about Ross is the shoes. This is the size 8 section...tons of selections, and the shoes are ADORABLE!
This, on the other hand is the size 11/12 section, which is what I wear. As you can see, I either have the choice of some black and white checkered Vans or some big, ugly, black, clodhopper tennis shoes. Um, HELLO!?!?! Where are the heels, where are the cute flats, where are the sandals? I love being tall, but when it comes to finding cute shoes, sometimes I wish I had smaller feet!

Did Sheila buy the dress? It's very flattering on her - even with the jeans srunched up at her feet. :o) And I'm glad you didn't buy the shirt. No...not cute.
LOL I am in the same boat with the shoes. I always hated that about Ross, but they do have some amazing finds. I miss Ross! sniff (we don't have any out here.)
