Evening Outside

Today when we got home, the weather was so nice that we wanted to be outside. Autumn helped Dad plant some pretty flowers in our new mailbox planter.

Autumn kept trying to pick the flowers, but we had to tell her to just smell them.

She is so funny and starts sniffing even before she gets close to the flowers. Then she looks up at me and smiles and waits for me to say, "mmm....pretty!"

After the flower adventure, it was time for her to help Papa clean up and sweep the pool area. She loves her broom.

It was such a nice evening out and the weather was so nice and cool that we ate dinner outside on the patio. "Um, Autumn, I think you're chewing on the wrong end of that drumstick."

Autumn LOVES to look for things in the sky like the moon, birds, and planes. We saw about 10 planes fly over when we were eating and every single time she would get this big grin on her face and turn and point at them.

Autumn is SO FUNNY when she makes her little, "OH, NO!" face. Yes, my mom is cutting Nick's killer toenails. Autumn was over there all concerned that it was hurting him b/c he kept making noises like it hurt.

Then it was Autumn's turn to cut her toe nails. I love how she looks so worried and concerned! She cracks me up!
