Today we got home from work/school and Dad was outside putting out some holiday decorations. Autumn was OBSESSED with these Christmas lights. She kept saying, “star” over and over. She was so excited she was dancing around while laughing and clapping. It was so fun to sit and watch her excitement over such a simple thing. I need to be more like her and allow the little things to mean a lot and to be content with such simple things.
These were some plants we have growing in the yard and I thought they looked cool.
We went out to the shed to get some more Christmas decorations and I told Autumn to smile and say cheese, and this is what I got! She’s such a cutie pie even if her smile looks a little forced.
I went and sat on the sidewalk to wait while Dad got the tools to make the reindeer corral. Autumn plunked down right next to me.
We made the reindeer corral and Autumn was in the middle of it while we were doing it. Once we were done, she realized that she was stuck in there and didn’t know how to get out!
After spending some time outside working and being at daycare all day she was stinky and I wanted her to be clean and pretty for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Autumn loves bubbles so my Dad made up a bath for her and he went a little overboard with the bubbles, but Autumn didn’t mind!
It’s tradition that we always do a puzzle at Thanksgiving and Christmas time. We got this 1,000 piece puzzle done in about 4 hours. It was a fun one to do. I’m excited for Thanksgiving tomorrow!

We put up all our Christmas decor this weekend too! I LOVE it, maybe as much as Autumn?! :)
It will be such a fun holiday season for us both with all these little girls! I can't wait. And I LOVE ornamental cabbages - I should plant some too.
