Christine Downing brought over some white chocolate popcorn the other night, and it was INCREDIBLE! Here is all that you need to make it...a bag of popped popcorn. A few squares of white almond bark and some sprinkles.
Just pop the popcorn and put it in a big ziploc bag, melt the chocolate squares in the microwave (I do 30 seconds at a time and stir it and do another 30 seconds if needed), then drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Add the sprinkles while the chocoalte is still warm and seal the ziploc bag and shake it really well to coat everything.
It's a super yummy treat and as you can see, it is enjoyed by grown ups and little kids alike. It's even fancy looking enough that you could include a little bag of it w/ a plate of goodies you would take to a neighbor's house around the holidays.
