This morning we got up and had the normal Sunday morning of watching the Disney Channel and then had some cereal. But then, we wanted to get out and take advantage of the fabulous weather. We walked over to the fountains and Autumn spent a lot of time trying to say hi to the ducks, but they didn’t want to say hi to her. They kept running away from her, but she didn’t that deter her…she kept on chasing after them.
You might have to click on this picture to see it bigger, but there were a bunch of baby ducks and you’d thought it was Christmas morning when she saw them! She was yelling, “babies, babies” over and over and ran alongside the bank of the pond w/ them.
We were walking around the pond and I thought she was right behind me. I turned around to see her over by a tree giving it a hug and a kiss! LOL! Who knew my daughter was tree hugger? I have no idea where she got that from, b/c I’ve never taught her that, but it was cute that she was being so kind and loving to the tree.
She got tired of chasing after the ducks after a while and took a break and just sat down on the grass for a little rest.
After all the fun w/ the ducks, it was time to go home and get ready for church. She was so happy to be wearing a new dress and new shoes I got at Kid To Kid. That place has such great deals.
I told her to say “cheese” and this is what I got. Her hair is getting so long and pretty. She wasn’t too sure about going into nursery today, but after I got her playing w/ a baby doll she was fine and did great.
We got home and spent the evening reading books and playing w/ toys (hence the mess behind her on the coffee table). I looked over and she was sitting on her little Barbie horse!!! It is always a fun adventure w/ her around…never a dull moment.
