Today was Liberty’s 25th birthday. To celebrate Liz had a bunch of his friends and family meet at Olive Garden. We were there early to surprise him. It was such a fun group of people and we just ate and talked and laughed.
Here’s the birthday boy and Liz. They are such a cute couple and are such good friends.
(Don’t worry, that’s a tank top under Liz’s shirt, not a bra! LOL!)
Autumn was so excited when I told her we were going to go see Liberty. I was worried about taking her, but she did a really good job and was well-behaved most of the time.
After we ate, a big group of the waiters and waitresses brought a cake w/ a candle and sang to Liberty. They also had a piece of cheesecake. Liberty gave Autumn a bite of the cheesecake on a fork, but she wouldn’t put it in her mouth and was just swinging it around, so I took it from her and ate it so it wouldn’t fall on the floor. She started crying and hid behind my chair. So, Liberty gave her another bite on a fork and she took it through the slots in the chair. We were laughing at how pathetic she was being, especially since she was trying to eat it through the slot!
When it was time to open presents, Autumn got right in there to help Liberty open his presents as if it was her birthday. Liz & Liberty are so good to Autumn.
It was such a fun evening out. On the walk back to the car (we had to park far away from the restaurant) I thought it was ironic that Sara’s Secret (a store that’s like Victoria’s Secret) was right next to Planned Parenthood. Which was even more ironic b/c this was all in the same parking lot as Hooter’s! LOL!
I had to bribe Autumn to leave the restaurant by telling her we were going to go see Papa, b/c otherwise she wouldn’t leave. So, we stopped by to see Papa. By this time it was 9:30 and by the time Autumn saw Papa and was ready to leave, it was too late and I was too tired, so we just spent the night over there.
HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY, LIBERTY!!!
