Lazy Day

Last night I went over to Mom & Dad’s house to get Autumn b/c they had gone and picked her up from daycare b/c Dad wanted spend time w/ her.  I was so tired last night that we just stayed over at Mom & Dad’s instead of going home.  We got up this morning and had a relaxed morning.  Mom got cleaned up around noon so that she & Dad could leave at 2:00 to go to the BYU vs. OU game.  She asked me top paint her toenails and guess who else wanted their toenails AND fingernails painted?  I told Autumn she had to keep her hands on her lap until her nails dried and she did a good job.  She’s such a girly girl

Mom & I made caramel popcorn and deviled eggs for her & Dad to take the potluck before the game.  It was super tasty.  They headed off to the game to party and have fun.

Nate came home from working and brought this cute little frog to show us.  Earlier he had also brought us 3 little lizards.  He’s supposed to be getting rid of bugs, not bringing them home, but it’s fun to see neat things like that.

Autumn was playing on her horse and I looked over to notice that she had also put two of her babies on there with her!  She was so proud of herself.  She cracks me up!

I basically spent the whole day just vegging out and watching Supernanny, Housewives of Atlanta, etc.  Autumn watched Pocahontas about 13 times today.  As soon as it was over, she would want to watch it again.  (That’s how I was with the movie “Annie” when I was a little girl). 

Then at 6:00 we watched the BYU game.  Even though I wasn’t at the game, my throat still hurt from yelling so much.  I was sad to see Sam Bradford get hurt, but was so glad that BYU won.  The defense was awesome and it was a good game.  Mom & Dad got to be in a suite at the new Cowboy’s stadium w/ catered food.  Mom said it was insanely nice and luxurious.
