Back To The 80’s

IMG_8104 Come to find out, Autumn’s picture day wasn’t yesterday it was today!  So, I had a chance to redeem myself for her hair hair do and opted for the pretty princess braid (which is what Autumn calls it).  I ordered some flower/bows last week to take to a friend in Slovenija who is having a little girl soon and she had asked for some cute bows b/c they’re hard to find over there.  Anyways, I also got this pretty flower for Autumn and she LOVED that I put it in her hair for picture day today.

IMG_8106 Tonight after we got home from spending time at Mom & Dad’s, I put Autumn to bed and went to empty out an old make up bag so I could start preparing for my trip to Slovenija.  Anyways, I found a key ring that had a little tiny key on it that went to a little wooden box I’ve had for forever, but could never open b/c I didn’t have the key.  I opened up the box and found a TON of memories in there via jewelry.  Look at these ROCKIN’ 80’s earrings I used to wear!  The notes and bunny earrings are made from ceramic.  I LOVED those black earrings w/ the polk-a-dots.  I think the most 80’s earrings, however, have to be the gold trimmed blue swirl ones.
