Friday Fun

When Lexie & I were at the $1 jewelry store last week, I found this really pretty silver bow! You can’t beat the price of just $1. Anyways, Autumn was wearing her pretty red shirt today and I thought they would look cute together. It doesn’t take very long to do her hair and looks so cute when she’ll sit still and let me do it.

She thought she was pretty fancy b/c she got to wear her pretty red ruffely shirt w/ the sparkles on it. She wouldn’t hold still so I could take a picture and kept shaking her bummy back and forth w/ her hands on her hips.

After work/school, I stopped and got a Little Caesar’s pizza for dinner b/c it’s Friday and Mom & Dad had gone to a hockey game w/ the Berrett’s. It was fun to sit together w/ Autumn & Nick and eat our pizza and laugh and talk. At 7:00, we went over to Dangerfield’s to watch Modern Family with them. When we saw them at Napoli’s last night, Ruthie & I were talking about how much we love Modern Family and she said they record it and then watch it together w/ Marcus. So, Marcus called and said we should come over tonight at 7:00 to watch it with them. We got there, but Dangerfield’s were just heading to dinner and Marcus wasn’t off of work yet so we came home and waited until 8:30 when everyone was back and went back over to watch it with them.

It was so funny to watch it for the 3rd time. I love that show and Cam is by far my favorite. My favorite line from this episode was, “they are the most adult adulterers I have ever met.” And then when Mitchell starts dancing in the flash mob and Cam tries to dance along from the sidelines? I was laughing so hard! After we watched that, they put in Toy Story 2 for Autumn and we all watched that together. They have Blue Ray & it’s crazy how real everything looks.

The movie was finally over at 10:30 and even though it was late, we stopped at WalMart b/c we can! I was wearing black fuzzy slippers and Nick looked like this, but we didn’t care. They had this cool 7-Up display at the front of the store that looks like a Christmas tree.

The reason we had to stop was so we could get a few bags of these babies. Do yourself a huge favor and go buy a bag. They are SO INCREDIBLY GOOD! Ruthie had some at her house and Autumn wanted to eat them all, so that’s why I decided to stop and get some. They are that good. I usually eat my kisses by putting the flat bottom part of the kiss on the roof of my mouth and letting it melt that way. I don’t recommend that w/ these kisses (I found out the hard way), b/c they tear up the roof of your mouth b/c of the little peppermint chunks.

We also rented 2 movies from Redbox. Autumn got a Barbie mermaid movie that I told her she could watch tomorrow. I rented Why I Got Married Too, and wasn’t going to watch it tonight b/c it was so late, but I really wanted to see it so I stayed up late and watched it.
