Yesterday, I won 4 free tickets from Auburn Soul (it’s easy to win if you’re the only one that enters the giveaway) to go see the screening of Mighty Macs tonight. I honestly didn’t have very high expectations for it, b/c I haven’t seen any advertising on TV for it and thought it might be a low budget movie. But, it was an excellent movie and is a good option for families b/c it’s rated G. It comes out this Friday, Oct 21st. There was a lot of humor and a lot of heart. At the end of the movie, everyone was clapping and left feeling good and uplifted, which is always a good thing. Just click on the Mighty Macs link above to learn more about the movie.
Autumn was a complete ANGEL the whole time. I worried she would get bored and lose interest and want to leave or go walk around, but she sat and watched the movie the whole time. So, Dad treated us to $1 sundaes as McDonald’s. We didn’t get home until 10:20, so as soon as we walked in the door we both went right to sleep. I was tempted to stay up and work on my Project Life, but I didn’t. I need some beauty sleep so I don’t have big dark circles under my eyes for the professional pictures I’m having taken on Saturday by none other than Ms. Auburn Soul herself!
