Eating Out For Breakfast & Dinner

This morning we got a surprise wake up call.  Usually Dad comes in on Thursday mornings and says hi while he’s picking up Nick at 7:00 am so they can go to the temple.  This morning, Mom decided to come w/ him, which was an awesome surprise!

I was super hungry this morning for some reason, so we decided to go to Subway for breakfast instead of having the usual bowl of cereal.  I’ve been wanting to try their breakfast sandwiches that I see advertised on TV all the time.  But, when we got there I saw a sign that said if you buy a 6” sub before 9:00 am, you get a 2nd one free.  So basically, you get a foot long sub for the price of a 6”!!!  I was all over that and so Autumn & I had a sandwich for breakfast.  I even splurged and let her get a bag of chips.

Then for dinner, we ate out again b/c Mom said everyone was on their own for dinner tonight.  And, Autumn & I had plans at 6:30, which didn’t leave us enough time to go home and cook something.  So, we went to McDonald’s and I used a coupon where if I bought a salad then she got a free Happy Meal.  We ate and I let her play for a few minutes and then we had to leave.  We went and met Nancy at Hobby Lobby so we could buy decorations for the Single Adult fireside this coming Sunday night.  We are in charge of centerpieces for 12 big round tables.  We found what we needed and it was all 50% off!

After putting all the decorations in my trunk, Autumn & I headed off to pick up the CD of pictures from our professional photo shoot.  Stephanie had the CD packaged so adorably.  She’s so talented and her website crashed the other day b/c so many people were looking at the ADORABLE pictures she posted of her son dressed up as the grandpa guy from “Up.”

Last stop of the night was to WalMart to get some groceries and things we needed.  We were there for quite a while and Autumn was SUCH A GOOD GIRL!  I gave her a pen and a piece of paper to keep her entertained and she just drew pictures and pretended to write notes to me.  Her hair was braided from this morning and she wanted me to take it out.  She had a lot of static electricity going on and her hair was sticking to the seat behind the cart!  LOL!

We came home and unloaded the groceries and I put Autumn to bed and then just watched some TV before going to bed myself.
