Autumn & I got up a little earlier than usual this morning (which was hard since I had only gotten 3 hours of sleep the night before) so we could get to her school early. The PTA put on a "Muffins With Mom" event. It was fun to see a lot of people we know.
Saying goodbye to her today was very different than last week when I cried like a baby. I'm glad we got to spend time together this morning, instead of just dropping her off at school like usual.
One of the ladies that I visit teach has a birthday today, and her favorite treat is Braum's chocolate ice cream. So, we just went ahead and ate dinner there b/c they had a buy one, get one free meals. We went and dropped off the ice cream once she was home and sat and visited for a little bit.
Autumn started a tradition a few years ago where she dumps all of her Halloween candy out on the floor and we get a pic w/ it surrounding her head.
Then she likes to organize her candy by type, in a big circle around her. She's so tall now that she doesn't even fit in the circle of candy. But she's still a total cutie. She got A LOT of candy this year b/c she got a full bucket at the trunk-or-treat at church, and then she filled it up again last night.
