Private Bass Concert

 This morning Christy came over around 9:00, b/c she had asked if she could when we saw her at the play yesterday. We made blueberry muffins, eggs, and bacon. Then Christy gave us our private bass concert. She even let Autumn try playing it for a little bit.

It's a beautiful instrument and I love these big cogs on it. We went to church, and it was one of the very best sacrament meetings I have been to ever! The talks were excellent, the Spirit was strong, and I left there feeling so spiritually renewed. I got to teach in Laurels and we talked about gods/idolatry and how our cell phones, popularity, school, etc can become our "golden calves" instead of keeping Heavenly Father first. It was a really good discussion.

We came home, had dinner, and then just vegged out and watched movies and the girls did rainbow looms. It was a good Sunday.
