Freeway Closure & Free Stuff

Today was crazy trying to get home from work. There was a horrible accident on the freeway that included a fatality, so everyone was diverted off and had to take the side roads w/ lots of stop lights. This helicopter just hovered over the freeway and it made me so sad to think that someone lost their life just driving home today. It was a sober reminder that life is so frail & precious.

After dinner we went over to a lady's house in the ward who was giving away a bunch of free baby stuff. At first, I passed by the post on Facebook b/c I don't have a need for any baby stuff. But then I thought of Nick & Savi and how they would probably love to have it. So, I messaged her and she said we could come pick it up. We also got to stop by a friend's house and get their mail and check on their hamster while they're out of town.
