It was nice to sleep in a little bit before getting up to get ready for Autumn's cheer game. AWESOME stunts!
Halftime dance. It was only 84 degrees today at the game, but it felt like 100! I even sat under an umbrella to shade me from the sun. We both got home & got in our jammies and laid in bed to cool off & watch TV & snuggle.
Frank was busy up in OK helping his parents out while waiting to get the boys this evening. He mowed their lawn & got the green truck behind him up & running & even changed the oil. What a guy!
Autumn & I pretty much spent the whole day catching up on recorded episodes of Master Chef. We made some "fancy" chicken salad on cucumber slices for lunch w/ freshly cracked pepper.
Frank got to pick up the boys (& Marissa) at 6:00, and they all went out to dinner together.
Autumn & I were going to go over to the church for a Stake service activity before the General Women's broadcast. But, both of us were still so tired that we decided to play hooky and stay home & watch it on TV in our jammies. Yes, Autumn's dress is on inside out & backwards but she said she didn't care. LOL!
On one of the episodes of Master Chef, they had to make truffles, so of course Autumn & I had a hankerin' for truffles. We made these easy decadent tuffles, and it cracked me up when Autumn brought this to me to "judge" it like they do on Master Chef.
Frank & the boys went to Braum's for dinner.
Then they went to see a movie. But, it didn't start until 10:00 & they were all so tired that they didn't even stay until the end of the movie. I'm glad they're having fun spending time together.
