Happy 38th Birthday To Me!!!

 I got up at 5:30 this morning to make sure Spencer was up for seminary. I went into the kitchen to get a drink, and saw these gorgeous flowers & fun balloons on the counter.

 I LOVE this colorful & festive card that Frank got me. Inside was one of my birthday presents ... tickets to an upcoming concert. YAY!

 Frank also gave me these 3 squiggly rings. I put them around my other ring he gave me, which works out perfectly b/c the heart ring is a little too big & kept sliding around on my finger. So, I was wearing it on my middle finger but now I can wear it on my wedding ring finger.

 I got A LOT of Facebook birthday wishes & texts from family & friends. This one hands down is the cutest!

 Some people hate birthdays b/c that means they're getting older. I LOVE them, b/c that means I have been on the Earth another year. I am excited to embrace being 38.

 For dinner, I was NOT cooking, so we went to one of my favorite Tex-Mex restaurants.

 It was SO YUMMY & we all gorged ourselves on chips that we weren't even that hungry when our meals came. We had lots of leftovers, which will be great for lunches tomorrow. I am beyond thankful that I got to celebrate my birthday w/ these people that I love so much.

Nate came over this evening after his police training class. It was fun to sit & visit w/ him. Then 2 ladies from church stopped by to say hi & drop off a gift. I'm so blessed!
