Since Spencer was in Oklahoma for his 16th birthday yesterday, we had his birthday dinner tonight instead. He wanted a honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich from Whataburger for his birthday. So, that's what he got. Easiest birthday dinner I ever made. LOL!
I also made a tres leches cake for him. I love his smile in this picture as we sing to him and he thinks of his birthday wish to blow out his candles.
He has grown up so much in just one year! We're thankful he's a part of our family (even though we rarely seem him b/c he's obsessed with playing Fortnite).
