Butt & Back Pain

 I had a proctologist appointment again this morning. The medicine I was given hasn't really been working & the pain is still really bad. Of course today when I went in, the pain was only about a 2. Dr. F said that it looked a little bit better but it definitely hasn't healed. We went ahead & scheduled surgery for this coming Monday, but he said to call him on Friday if it somehow got better between now & then.

Baby Girl was being ADORABLE while we waited in the waiting room. This one CRACKS ME UP b/c it looks like she's just told Daddy the funniest joke and she's so proud of herself.

 Then there's this one where she looks like a ballerina w/ her hands so delicately placed.

 After my appointment, we went to Frank's appointment. He got an epidural today for the nerve pain in his back. They were supposed to go in at the lumbar area, but his spinal fusion from about 12 years go has now fused from just one vertebrae to 2! The doctor wasn't even able to get the needle through all the scar tissue, so they had to go a few vertebrae down and try to get at the nerve pain from that angle. We'll see if that worked or not.

The procedure only took about 20 minutes, so after it was done we went and had lunch together before going home to rest.

What a way to spend our 13 month anniversary! LOL!
