Frank loves to do tricks w/ Alisa, and it used to freak me out, but she LOVES it (despite what her facial expression is here).
He holds her close to his chest and then slowly leans her backwards.

... between his legs, and then he brings her back up. She's such a daredevil!
I've had these Hawaiian decorations hanging up in the house since I hosted a Mele Kalikimaka party back in December 2012!!! I forget they're up there until someone new comes over and comments on them.
After all this time I don't know why, but I decided that today was the day they were coming down. It's crazy how much more open and roomy it looks now!
I was cleaning this fancy plastic cup from my birthday dinner last night and Frank gave it to Alisa since she looked like she was laid back & chillaxin.
As a ward missionary, Frank went out w/ the Elders tonight. I love him so much & the great example that he is to our kids.
We are getting down to our last cheer practices and it's so bitter sweet!
