I got an email from Walmart about some early Black Friday sales, and one of the sales was this car seat. We went ahead and got it, because Alisa's been in her baby car seat and she's WAY too big for it. Frank has a big girl car seat in his truck, but I needed one for my car. It came in the mail today and she was so excited she could hardly stand it. She wanted to sit in it all day in the living room.
While I was working, Frank took Alisa on a walk outside. It was nice and warm and she LOVES to be outside.
Nate had asked me last week if I could take family pictures for them. I was happy that he would ask but made sure to remind him that I am NOT a professional and to go into it with low expectations. Autumn went as my assistant and snapped this pic of me. I LOVE these big and bold but super lightweight leather earrings from eleven10leather.com
Luckily Nate brought this chair, b/c it worked out PERFECTLY! This is just in the parking lot where we started and we got some amazing shots right off the bat. They're all naturals, which made my job so easy!
Cute kids
Nate said he wanted to do a super cheesy & silly prom picture pose. They crack me up.
Gorgeous evening light. You'd never know it, but I was on one side of a busy street and they were on the other side.
Woodsy picture
More cute kids
A peek of golden sunlight. I think we got a lot of great pics for them to choose from.
Grant started training for a new job, so he's been able to be home in the evenings which we love. Tonight after scriptures and prayer the kids had a blast playing together and roughhousing. Alisa was soaking it up all the attention like a sponge.
Playing in the big box that her car seat came in. Autumn was down inside the box holding her up.
