This was really NOT how I was wanting to start my new day of work ... at Walmart at 12:15 am b/c Alisa wouldn't go to sleep. She got a late nap today, so she was still wired and ready to party at midnight! So, I took her to Walmart to get some things we needed.
When I left for work this morning, this is what the purple iris looked like.
When I got home, this is what it looked like! So much change in less than 10 hours. My first day went well, but it's going to be much harder than I thought. The main office girl that has worked there for 5 years put in her 2 weeks notice! So, now I'll be the main person instead of just a support person. Plus I have to learn all this franchise's way of doing things in 2 weeks. It's been years and years since I've taken phone calls and booked appointments, so that will take some getting used to.
I missed Frank & Alisa & Autumn & Spencer & Grant so much today! This stinks not being able to work from home. It makes for a really long day.
