My Hero

After posting that profile of me being spotlighted at work, I got to thinking about who my heroes (besides my amazing mom) are. I of course thought first and foremost of the Savior, but wasn't sure if that was appropriate for work (which is sad that we live in a world where some people would be offended by that). Then I thought of my hottie husband. I was thinking of the reasons why Jason is one of my heroes:

1. First and foremost, he puts up with me and all my Lisa-isms.


2. He is such a patient and loving Dad to Bubzy, Justy, Jewlsey, and Autumn.


3. He has never said anything unkind or mean about his ex-wife, Mindi.


4. He stays home all day with Baby Autumn and never complains. I don't know of any men that can stay home with a newborn all day and enjoy it.


5. His spirituality.


6. Where he is at now in his life.


7. He got his Bachelor's Degree.


8. He is getting his Master's Degree.


9. Overcoming some major challenges in his life.


10. Where his priorities are.

These are just a few things, and I'm sure I'll go back and update this later. And I could make a whole list of things I love about him, but this is a list of reasons why he is my hero. But I just appreciate where he's come from, where he's at, and where he's going with his life. I just feel fortunate and blessed to be his wife and to be able to share this adventure called life with such an amazing man. I love you, Jason, my hero!!!
