The other morning I decided that I was HUNGRY! I never have time to eat breakfast, b/c I'm always getting up with just enough time to get myself and Autumn ready before having to head out the door. So on my lunch break I went to WalMart and got some groceries. One of the best purchases I got was this generic version of Special K berries cereal. I also bought some milk and bowls and spoons to keep at my desk.
So, when I get to work, I get myself a bowl of cereal. It's good, it fills me up, and I'm not famished by lunch time, so I don't eat as much. I've already started to notice a difference in how I feel, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose some weight by just eating breakfast. They always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well now I'm making time for breakfast and I must admit that it's a good change.
