This weekend Autumn and I went to visit my best friend and her husband, Tara and Michael. We got there Friday evening and just spent the night in eating pizza and watching movies and talking. They have the cutest little apartment and Tara has it decorated so cute. Saturday Autumn turned 10 months old. We didn't do anything special, but I can't believe my little baby is growing up so fast. She really is the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Saturday night we went to Kobe's Japanese Grill. It was cool, b/c they seat you around the grill and the guy cooking does all these cool tricks and cooks your food right there in front of you. It's quite the show.
This was an onion that he layered on top of each other, filled with oil, and set on fire to look like a volcano. Autumn was just enthralled with it all and was watching everything with such interest.
It was SO GOOD to see Jeremy, Tara's brother. He flew in from New York to spend Thanksgiving with them. He is so much fun and such a wonderful person. It was a blast spending time with him.
Tara and Michael were such good hosts. They fussed over me and Autumn and didn't even get upset when Autumn threw up in their new guest bed, when she threw up at Sam's Club, when she was fussy, etc. They are such good people and I loved spending the weekend with them. Tara especially, because we have been through so much together. I've known her for 9 years now and am so glad that we are best friends. LOVE YA, GIRL!

I can't believe we've known each other 9 years! Wow, we are getting old! I love you so much, Foof. You are my sister, and Autumn will always be our niece and little girl in our lives. We love you and can't wait until y'all come down again!
