Just like the majority of people in the world I would like to work on my weight for 2008. However, I really am overweight, it's not like I need to lose just a few pounds. I need a major overhaul. While looking on the internet, I found this article and thought it was really good.

I just like how it was written. It's very straightforward, easy, something that makes sense to me, and something that I think I can do. So here's to making 2008 a healthier year (I had a huge plate of broccoli for dinner tonight and it was SO GOOD!)
