I know I've been posting about food a lot lately, but when I find a good and healthy treat, I like to share it with others. It's a whole wheat English muffin (good source of grains) with reduced fat peanut butter (good source of protein) and sugar free raspberry preserves (good source of fruit). I could eat about 20 of these a day, but I only have 1 a day as my mid-afternoon snack. It's a grown up twist on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich from childhood. If you try it out, let me know if you love them as much as I do.

I did have a picture with all of us but I looked so ROTTEN I had to delete it LOLOLOL!!! :O) So I will have it his baby book but not for the whole world to see.. I am lame I know but really I looked like a COW.
Dude I eat PB&Js daily!! Love them. Good idea with the engish muffins too! Lately I've been eating them on Wasa crackers. MMMMmmm.
