Today we got cleaned up and wanted to get out and go to lunch, so we went to our favorite Italian Place, Napoli’s. I don’t know why, but Autumn wanted to take this hat with her into the restaurant, so I let her since it wasn’t hurting anything. When we got in there, we noticed she had some chocolate on her dress. I was cleaning it off and Autumn had been playing with the silverware. Mom told me to hand her the camera quick, and I did. This is what the result was:
“Clean my dress faster or I’ll have to cut your throat!”
“You think she’s doing a good job, Mimi? OK, I’ll spare her life then.”
This is what I ordered, and it’s the BEST pasta in the world. It’s called Chicken Aristocrat. It is heaven on a plate, and it’s so good I could drink the sauce with a straw! I could only eat 1/2 of it, b/c it’s so rich. We took the leftovers out to Dad at the clinic.
Then tonight, there was a single adult activity out in Garland. They had a lot of fun activities like bobbing for apples, a pie eating contest, dancing, and pumpkin carving. This was the one that I thought was the most creative.
They also had lots of treats and dessert there. Our favorite was the “mud.” It’s pudding, crushed up Oreos and gummy worms. We decided to try and look like hillbillies with missing teeth. We just looked silly, but we had lots of fun!

The party was OK, but it started to lag around 10:30 and there were no hotties there, so we left and went to IHOP. By the time we were ready to go, it was about 11:00 and we were all exhausted! Dang, that means we must be getting old. I remember when 11:00 was just the start of my night, not the end of it. Luckily, we get an extra hour of sleep thanks to Day Light Savings. It was a fun night and was just nice to get out.
