YIPPEE!!!

Today it finally came in the mail…Autumn’s blog in book form!  That’s right…I took the first 2 years (2006-2007) off of Autumn’s blog and turned it into a book via Blurb.  I am SO GLAD that I did it. They have little 12 x 12 books of 40 pages for only $12.95.  However, my book was 8 x 10 and was 174 pages.  I got an Image Wrap hard cover book, and it was $65.  That sounds super pricy, but I am doing this instead of scrapbooking b/c I just don’t have time to scrapbook.  If I calculated the cost of printing off all the pictures from her blog, buying the stuff to scrapbook them, etc. it was actually a LOT cheaper to do this Blurb book than scrapbooking it…not to mention a lot faster and less hassle.

It couldn’t have been any easier!  You just download the free software and it goes into your blog, puts each post on a page and then you can go in and select from different page layouts, change the size of the pics, how you want the text, etc.  I spent 2 nights working on it, ordered the book, and it came less than a week later in the mail!  I am totally going to make every year of her blog (and mine) into a book.  It’s my scrapbook, picture book, and journal all in one.  It was worth every penny!
