BBQ

Today at work we had a BBQ b/c we met our cancellations and completions goals for the month.  Brian brought his smoker and we were so hungry and it smelled so good.  All of the technicians got off early and came to enjoy the BBQ.

Yesterday Michael called me and said he was going to be in town for a guys weekend w/ his friend and said he would like to go to lunch.  I took him to Amigo’s and we just sat and talked and talked and talked.  I had no idea so much time had passed and before I knew it, we had been at lunch for 2 hours!  We hurried and rushed back to my work.  It was so wonderful to see him again.

After school/work, Autumn & I just hung out at home and watched TV.  We watched What Not To Wear and then she wanted to watch “Pride.”  We also were in the mood for brownies, so we made some.  What’s better on a Friday night that brownies and a good movie?  I put her to bed and then went over to Johnson’s to borrow the A&E 6 hour version of Pride & Prejudice (don’t worry, Nick was home w/ her so she wasn’t alone).  I started the first DVD and was awake until 2 am watching it.
