Tonight after work, I stopped and picked up little bug and we came home to help Mom make dinner. We had salad, biscuits, sausage gravy, and then Autumn wanted ice cream for dessert. She likes to put a big huge scoop on her spoon and then eat off of that. She’s such a funny little bug.
Nate is the one that requested to have biscuits and gravy for dinner (and it was SOOOO good). He came over to dinner all dressed up fancy and I asked him why and he said b/c he had gone to Macy’s and used the gift certificate I gave him for Christmas to buy this tie and he wanted to wear it to Institute tonight and figured he might as well get dressed up nice for a change.
As soon as 7:00 got here, we made sure we were watching the Biggest Loser finale. I LOVE that show, and especially the finale b/c everyone (well, almost everyone) lost a lot of weight and looked amazing. Even though I love Koli and wanted him to be in the final 3, I’m kind of glad that Daris was able to be in the final 3. Koli was a little bit too competitive and into the game. And what was up w/ his HIDEOUS pants? YUCK! But, I noticed that he lost more than 53% of his weight and would have won by a landslide if he had been in the final 3. But, I’m glad that Michael was able to win and he looked amazing. Does anyone get the gay vibe from him? I love him and was really happy for him.
At 10:30, I went to WalMart to get a few groceries so I could make some peanut butter bars for our visiting teaching get together tomorrow. They are SO GOOD and taste like Reese’s peanut butter cups. You can go HERE for the recipe. Mom brought me the pan on the left w/ the wooden spoons b/c she said I need a good roasting pan for Sunday dinners and it was on sale. And while I was at WalMart they had the 4 pans on the right on sale for $21, which is good b/c I didn’t have an saucepans, so I got them. I rented Time Traveler’s Wife from the Redbox and came home and made the peanut butter bars and now it’s 11:30 pm and I’m watching the movie…BECAUSE I CAN!!!
