Broken Window

Today at work I was surprised when my boss Tom said it was El Fenix Wednesday and took Carl and I to lunch. This time I got a picture of the cool fish statues instead of the razorback. It was packed today, but the enchiladas were still super good.

I got little bug from school after I got off work and we went over to Mom & Dad’s. Dad was out in the driveway working on Nate’s car, b/c the window came out of the track and won’t go back up anymore. He brought Autumn’s “special stool” outside so she could help him and have somewhere to sit. So cute!

I went in the house and made Autumn & I a sandwich for dinner. Dad came in after about 30 minutes and said to come outside and see the window that he had fixed. Mom & I went outside to see this!

He wasn’t able to fix it and so he just taped it into place! So ghetto, but I guess it works for now until it can be fixed for real. He’s so funny. Anyways, we spent the rest of the evening watching America’s Got Talent. It was raining outside, which I LOVE, and it was just a nice and relaxing evening. We got home and I put Autumn to bed and then went on a brisk 30 minute walk around the duck ponds. It was so stinkin’ humid outside and I was just sweating like crazy, but it felt good to get in some exercise.
