Eatin’ Out

Today at work, my boss said it was Enchilada Wednesday at El Fenix, so he took Carl and I out to lunch.  It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.  This kind of gross looking razorback statue was outside of the restaurant, which I thought was random.  But, I liked the fountain and statues behind it.  Lunch was really good and it was nice to get to know my boss and co-worker outside of the office.

After work I went and got Autumn Bottom and we went over to Mom & Dad’s.  We had steak & everything (Philly cheesesteak) sandwiches for dinner.  Then at 7:30 Autumn & I went over to Yogurtville for visiting teaching.  They happen to have free wi-fi there and I had my laptop, so I found some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse videos on the internet and she watched those while I talked w/ Karri & Stephanie & Blythe.  While we were talking, the Bishop called and asked me if I would speak for 8-10 minutes in Church this Sunday on Patriotism.  I said sure since Karri offered to sit w/ Autumn when I would be talking.  I am weird and actually like giving talks in Church, even though I still get nervous and tend to talk too fast.  But, I’m excited about it.  Does anyone have any suggestions for materials I should look up and use for my talk?
