Today was a good day. After work, we went over to Mom & Dad’s and Mom said Dad was on back up at the clinic tonight but they probably wouldn’t need him and they wanted to take us all to a movie. So, we jumped in the car and went and saw Toy Story 3. It was really cute and I love how it appeals to kids and to adults, b/c of the adult humor. Definitely one worth buying (once it’s been out on DVD for a while so it’s cheaper). After that, we were all hungry b/c we hadn’t had dinner yet and theater popcorn just doesn’t fill ya up. So, we went to McDonald’s so Autumn could play. This was the sunset we saw, which was gorgeous!
I wonder if we went to McDonald’s so Autumn could play or so Papa could play? They have these cool computer touch screens that have hundreds of games on them.
When we were finally able to pull Dad away from the computer games, we headed home. Curt called and said to send Nick over b/c he had a gallon of chocolate milk for him. Autumn heard me say Curt and of course wanted to go see him. So, we went over to say hi. I wondered why Curt got Nick a gallon of chocolate milk and I guess they had a bet going that Curt wouldn’t finish his staircase and Mom’s kitchen before he left to pick up Scott from Indonesia. And Nick won, so Curt owed him a gallon of chocolate milk. I love being over at their house b/c there’s always something fun going on.
