Dinner & A Movie

This morning I got up and found Autumn laying in bed next to me. I guess she had come and climbed in bed w/ me sometime during the night, but I don’t remember it at all. Anyways, I put cartoons on for her while I went and showered and got ready. I got ready and came out of the bathroom to get her ready and this is how I found her…she had gone and put on her Cinderella dress and shoes and gotten her toys and was just chillaxin’ in my bed watching Mickey Mouse Club House. She cracks me up!

I got her dressed and she was in a super silly mood and started jumping on my bed and laughing like crazy. I love mornings like this when she is happy and full of life and energy. It’s such a good way to start the day.

Work today was good (Tom brought me in a cherry coke) and after work I went and got Autumn Bottom and we stopped at WalMart really quick so I could get a salad in a bag and some strawberries. Then we stopped by the house so I could change into a skirt and get my temple clothes and we went over to Mom & Dad’s. Dad was out in the pool, so Autumn changed into her swimming suit and jumped in with him. He was helping her practice all the stuff she learned in her swim lessons.

I left and went over to Liz & Liberty’s for dinner (which is why I needed the salad in a bag). We had the salad I brought, some creamy crock pot chicken with rice, and cookies for dessert. Liz put Lola’s swimsuit outfit on her which looked so stinkin’ cute. I love this picture of Lola b/c she’s looking at the camera as if she’s saying, “Really? You’re taking a picture of me wearing this? I beg you not to post it on your blog for the world to see.”

After dinner, we loaded in the car and headed down to the temple. Aaron Berrett was going through the temple for the first time to get ready for his mission to Colorado Springs, CO in September. It was great to see Nathan & Kathy, Steve, and a few other people from the old ward there. Aren’t Liz & Liberty such a cute couple? It was so neat to see them sitting together in the celestial room in the temple. It was also cool to see Karri & Craig Decker sitting together in the celestial room.

I am so thankful to have them in my life. They are some of the most loving and genuine and funny people I know. Usually it’s hard for single people (like me) to hang out w/ married couples (like them), but that’s never been the case w/ Liz & Liberty. I always feel happy and comfortable when I’m around them. They are salt of the earth people and I’m grateful we are such good friends.

This temple spire looked so cool lit up against the dark sky w/ the moon behind it. The picture on the left was taken w/ a flash and the one on the right is a little blurry b/c I shot it in manual mode. I can’t decide which one I like best..they’re both kind of cool looking in their own way. It was a great way to end the evening and I loved coming home to my little bug asleep in her bed. She’s so sweet and innocent like that and I love kissing her little cheek while she’s asleep and whispering into her ear how much I love her.
