Swimming & Sprinklers

Today at swim lessons I snuck a picture between the slats in the fence.  We can watch the kids through there and they are all doing great.  I am glad we can hear and watch what Ms. Cis is doing to so we can practice with the kids at home.  The 45 minutes they are in class actually goes by pretty fast b/c I get to sit and talk with Lexie.

After swim lessons, we dropped Lexie & Andrew off at Mom & Dad’s and then came home b/c I had to give Autumn a bath and wanted her to be in bed a little early tonight since we’ve been going to bed late and she’s a grouchy girl in the morning.  Dad was at our house fixing a sprinkler pipe that is broken.  It was so hot and humid that we brought him a cup of ice cold water so he wouldn’t get dehydrated.

Autumn had fun pretending to walk on a balance beam in her ballerina tutu swimsuit while holding a cup.  Next thing I know, she’ll be a tight rope walker in the circus.

Dad & Nick dug a hole near a broken pipe which was broken when the city came and dug up the entrance to the alleyway.  I think the city should have to pay to fix the broken pipe since it’s their fault!  Jerks!  I gave Autumn a bath and then Dad & Nick came in and we had a purple cow before Autumn headed off to bed.  I blogged while watching TMZ & Whose Line.  We only got to see half of one Whose Line b/c there was an incredible lightning/thunder storm and the dish quit working.  That was fine though, b/c I worked on getting caught up with Project Life and then finally went to bed at 12:30 am!  I hope I’m not the grouchy girl in the morning instead of Autumn.
