Uncle Dave

Mom called me this morning at work to let me know that Uncle Dave passed away this morning around 1:30 am.  His obituary is HERE.  Jessica passed away one year ago yesterday.  Uncle Dave had Parkinson’s for as long as I can remember.  His health had really deteriorated in the past few months, and so it’s somewhat of a bittersweet blessing that he finally passed.  I will always remember him telling me how pretty I was every time he saw me.

After work, I got Autumn and we went to Mom & Dad’s and had left over sandwiches and pasta salad for dinner.  Mom & Dad went to dinner w/ Monzingo’s before their trip to Utah.  Autumn & I went swimming b/c Autumn is a little fish and loves being in the water.  After an hour or so, it started to get dark outside so we went in.  I watched part of Inception & then switched over to America’s Got Talent.  Mom & Dad came home and Autumn was showing Dad this funny hand thing she made up where you have to throw your arm up in the air like a spaceship that’s blasting off.

I don’t know why, but I was really tired today even though I had gotten plenty of sleep last night.  Hopefully I can get a lot of restful sleep tonight.  We came home and both fell asleep right away.
