Bang Up Job On The Bangs

Since  Lexie could go into labor any day, and Mom is going to go stay w/ them for a while to help out, I asked Mom if she could cut Autumn’s bangs tonight b/c they were getting too long.  This is the brilliant way we came up w/ for cutting Autumn’s bangs.  We put a barber’s cape underneath her bangs and around her head.  Then we tell her to pretend like she’s in a tent and I hold up the end of the cape to catch the hair while Mom trims her bangs.  This way, Autumn holds still and doesn’t get any hair in her eyes.  It’s a win-win for everyone.

Mom cut them a teensy bit shorter than usual just b/c she’ll be gone for a while and Autumn’s bangs grow so darn fast.  Mom had gone shopping earlier today and got some shirts and skirts, and did a little fashion show for us.  Autumn & I came home and I got her to bed and then watched Project Runway.  I’m glad tomorrow is Friday.
