Wednesday Wurst

We got spoiled today w/ treats not only for breakfast but also for dinner.  This morning I woke up to Mom & Dad saying to come have breakfast.  They brought us breakfast when they came to pick up Nick to go to the temple.  They usually go on Thursdays, but they went today b/c Mom & Dad are going out of town tomorrow.  Mom brought toast, bacon, deviled eggs, and Dad had doughnuts from seminary!  How lucky are we?

After work, we went to Mom & Dad’s house and we got to have an authentic German meal.  Mom & Dad had gone to a real German delicatessen for brunch & brought home some Weist wurst and we used our favorite mustard, which Oma sent to us straight from Germany.  I think the little German guy on Mom’s plastic cup just completes the whole thing.

We didn’t have Young Women’s tonight b/c we’ve had too much going on last weekend and this week.  But, I still had a Single Adults Committee Meeting.  We planned a lot of things we have coming up.  We are going to be busy w/ firesides, being in charge of a dance, and helping another stake w/ the semi-annual regional Single Adult Conference.

I rushed back to Mom & Dad’s to pick up Autumn so we could come home.  I gave her a quick shower and got her to bed and watched TV for a little bit and then went to bed at 10:30 again b/c I was so tired.
