Busy Sunday

We got ready for church earlier than usual today, b/c we wanted to go to Mom & Dad’s ward w/ everyone at 11:00.  We took up a whole bench, and Nate wore his dress blues, which was cool.  After sacrament meeting, Autumn wanted to go to Primary w/ Andrew so Mom took them and off they went.  I came home and got all my stuff for my lesson in Young Women’s on repentance and then went to my ward.  I missed having Autumn w/ me, but it was so nice to sit and listen and not have to keep her entertained.  My lesson went really well and after church I went to Mom & Dad’s house.  I helped Mom get dinner ready and we had rouladen, garlic mashed potatoes, and gravy.  It was so incredibly good.

Nate was being silly and put Autumn’s hair bow in his hair.  I had to eat and run, b/c I had to get to the church to set up for the Single Adult fireside tonight.

We heard from Matthew Grant, who was commissioned to do this painting called “The Eminent Men & Women of Wilford Woodruff.”  He talked to us about the painting and about talents and inspiration.  It was a great fireside and for refreshments we had root beer floats, a veggie tray, and a fruit plate.  It was a great way to end a wonderful weekend.
