Autumn & I had a nice Sunday morning. I got her some breakfast and then we watched 2 movies we borrowed from one of the ladies I visit teach. It’s the animated scripture stories. We watched Esther, which is my favorite, b/c of the part where the guy says, “Something for the eyes. Make them sparkle. Make them say, ‘Here I am, Xeres, POW!’” Then we watched Ruth & Naomi. It was good and I can’t wait until I find my own Boaz someday. Sis. Lee stopped by to drop off journals for each of the 4 girls that are graduating. I LOVE how they had the Salt Lake City temple stitched on the front. I am so excited for these girls and all the great challenges and adventures and opportunities that await them in this next phase of their lives.
Church was really good. Autumn came and sat on my lap and held still for 2 minutes and ended up falling asleep! I can’t remember that last time she did that. So, I got to just hold her and snuggle her and rock her back and forth during sacrament meeting. It was my own little personal piece of heaven.
After church, we went over to Mom & Dad’s house for dinner. I had to leave to go visiting teaching at 6:00. Autumn usually goes with me, but she was gone w/ Papa. They were taking some zucchini & tomatoes from the garden around to some people that would use and appreciate and enjoy them. I love the lady’s doormat. It’s so Project Life-ish.
