I’m not Catholic, but still wanted to document that a new Pope was chosen today, b/c the previous Pope resigned. That hasn’t happened in 6 centuries! It’s a piece of world history that I think will be cool to look back on years from now and say I was around for that! I just paused the news and took a pic of the TV.
Jackson found these sunglasses and put them on, and thought he was hot stuff. He was strutting around the living room like the big man on campus. What makes it even funnier is what his shirt says! He’s such a funny bug.
We tried putting the sunglasses on Emma, but they were too big and wouldn’t stay on her face. So, we opted to put them on her head instead. She was not liking it at all, but was a good sport about it.
For dinner tonight we had Wanton Salad, and I went to put the sesame seeds in and didn’t realize there wasn’t a guard over the top, and I poured 1/2 of this huge bottle into the salad! I tried picking them out, but then the lettuce was coming w/ them. WHOOPS!!!
Mom had turned on the hot tub earlier today b/c some of her Scouts were going to come over and pass of a treading water something or other. But, none of them were able to come. So, Lexie & the boys went out there to enjoy the hot tub. Autumn didn’t want to get in, and I didn’t have my swimsuit, so we just worked on the Polynesian puzzle instead. This is such a cute pic of Lex & the boys. It makes me so excited for this summer when we can swim! It was nice to not have Young Women’s tonight b/c of Spring Break.
