This morning before we left for work/school, we ran outside to get a few quick pics of Autumn w/ her curly Q hair.
We went over to Mom & Dad’s tonight for dinner and had tacos. Dad had these 3 long pieces of shedded snake skin on the desk! He found it behind the waterfall rock.
This is a close up of one of the pieces. Isn’t that creepy that you can see the eye sockets? I just hope we never run into the real live snake!
Autumn & I needed to go to WalMart to get some groceries, but we stopped for a quick photo shoot. I’ve been wanting to get pics along these abandoned train tracks for a long time, and everything fell into place. I had my nice camera, it was cloudy, and Autumn’s hair was curly. How could we NOT stop and get some pics?
I told her not to smile and she gave me this face. Nick said it looks creepy, but I think there’s a depth in her dark eyes.
I wanted to see what it would look like in black & white w/ a pop of color. Which one do y’all like better? The color one or the black & white one?
We walked along the tracks for a little bit and found this cool bridge. This would be a fun place to take Senior graduation pics b/c of the 2013 that’s spray painted on the bridge posts.
I told her to sit “criss cross applesauce” on the tracks, but she didn’t want to and just squatted down and hugged her knees instead.
I LOVE my little bug. By this point, it was starting to sprinkle and it was windy and only 45 degrees. My fingers felt frozen, so we ran back to the car and turned on heat. We did our grocery shopping and then came home and I put Autumn to bed.
Nick & I were sitting here watching Friends on the couch when Autumn started crying and came out of her room. I told him not to say anything to see if she would do anything crazy like last night when she was sleep walking and tried to get water out of a light switch. LOL! She went and sat on the love seat, and about 20 seconds later I looked over and she had fallen asleep like this!
