Even though I had some left over food from a crock pot meal I made, Autumn & I decided to splurge and have a Little Caesar’s pizza for dinner. Sis. Wright came over to use Mom’s sewing machine. She found this HUGE zucchini out in the garden and brought it in. It’s as big as Autumn’s torso! We’ll have to start checking the garden every day.
Sis. Wright is SO WONDERFUL and reminded us that if we need anything while Mom & Dad are gone that we can call her anytime. It’s so comforting to know that we have so many people looking out for us.
Anyways, Autumn & I had to leave to go to Young Women’s. The girls were working on camp certifications in preparation for stake camp that’s coming up in June. Autumn & I stayed in the class w/ the 4th year girls. They learned about CPR and what to do in medical emergencies. It was fun to watch them practice using different types of carries, making slings out of bandanas, stabilizing a pretend fracture, etc. Autumn thoroughly enjoyed it.
We came home, I gave her a shower, and we watched the last 30 minutes of High School Musical on the Disney channel while I brushed out her hair. I never saw them back when they were popular, and it was funny to see Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens singing and dancing around!
